Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here's how we handle shipping from our US warehouse.
Shipping Times & Methods

Stocked Items:Â Orders before 12:00 PM MST ship the same business day; after, the next day. Free ground shipping (US only) takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Custom Orders:Â Build time is 2-4 weeks (exact quote provided after design approval). Shipping follows stocked timelines post-build.
- Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

During peak times (sales/holidays), expect 1-2 week delays - we'll email updates.
- Tracking: Sent via email upon shipment. Ensure your email is correct at checkout.
Costs & International Shipping
- US ground shipping is free on orders over $50; under $50 incurs a $10 fee minimum.
- International: Available to select countries; rates calculated at checkout. You're responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance. Delivery: 7-21 days on stocked items.
- We don't ship to PO boxes or restricted areas.
Delays, Loss, & Damage
- We're not liable for carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather), but if over 30 days late, you can cancel for a full refund.
- Lost/stolen packages: Contact the carrier first; provide us with details for assistance.
- Damaged items: Inspect upon arrival. File a claim with the carrier, then email us photos, claim number, and order details at sales@brightersidelighting.com. We'll expedite a replacement (no cost to you) or refund.
- Insurance: Optional at checkout for high-value orders.
